Shiny Shell Carwash

Arlo was absolutely wonderful! Superb customer service from Arlo and the other employees. He helped me get AAA after I locked my keys in my car while cleaning it. Arlo and the other employees checked in on me every 30 minutes while I waited for AAA. Throughout the entirety of my time waiting in the office, I watched from the window as Arlo and the other employees were continuously replacing the towels, filling the cleaner bottles and assisting other customers without any breaks. Their work ethic and customer service skills were impeccable! Shiny Shell is lucky to have employees like Arlo and the others!

I've had a membership here for quite awhile now and the drying roller is constantly not working. I reached out to support and was promptly told by their GM I was wrong it's working just fine. I have video of it not working. I will be switching memberships to a different car wash. They lost my business after that.

Christian one of the employee's. Was so helpful and so considerate, The Spray station because of the weather the water in the machine froze so he actually took my mats and power wash them and not only did he power wash them. He put them back in the car for me. Very personable.. The Manager Toni said, if I I drove through the car wash and I’m not satisfied with the way, your car came out he’ll send it back through until iI am satisfied. Excellent Service, not only is shiny shell one of the best car wash around they give away more free stuff than any car wash I’ve ever been a member of. 👍

The employees at this location, especially, Christian, go above and beyond for customer service. It has been tough with the frigid temperatures and they do their very best. I was there during a winter break down and they were awesome while explaining the issue to every customer. This is my go to shiny shell with my membership!

Depending on the location, the wash experience isn't the same. Lemoyne seems to offer a better wash. Residue is always left on my back window, as the sprayer doesn't get under the new-fangled lip cars seem to have. Great vacuums and cleaning stations, regardless of location.

I am active duty military, and pulled up to pay for a full car wash when your crew waved me through with a salute. Small acts of kindness go a long away, and I genuinely appreciated this. I'd call this gentlemen out by name, but I did not see a name tag, however it was at 3:20 PM or so January 28th, 2026. I hope you have a blessed day sir, and thank you for your support! You guys will have my business for sure!

I looked for a place to rival Cloud 10 on the east shore. I thought that Cloud 10 was the greatest car wash in the area, especially in light of all the extra amenities. I thought that I'd have to travel to the west shore to have my car cleaned because I didn't believe we had anything as good here on the east shore. And then I tried Shiny Shell. It's Cloud 10 on steroids. What a great experience it offers. Washes your vehicle and applies a clear coat that brings out the shine of your vehicle. A substance that shines your tires at the end of the wash. All purpose cleaning fluid, window cleaning fluid, clean rags, and a powerful vacuum to top off your cleaning experience. Shiny Shell is the place, not just for those of us on the east shore, but those on the west shore may want to investigate. I can promise that you won't be disappointed. This is the place.

I have been coming here since they opened and almost all of the employees act like they don’t care or they hate being at work . However, today was different, as I watched the guy guiding the car in front of me into the wash area I thought to myself this guy is working hard, he must know those people. But, I was wrong he did not know the people in front of me and he gave my car the same hard work and attention. Mr Christian was guiding the cars into the wash and he took a little more time power washing where the automatic car wash doesn’t get and he did all around my car, where other employees put a spritz on the front and the drivers side door and maybe just maybe they might put a spritz on the back, not Mr Christian, he acted like every car going through that wash was his car. I have never experienced this type of dedication from any other employee here . If Shiny Shell was smart they would put him in a trainer position or management because they have themselves a VERY HARD WORKER! FANTASTIC JOB Mr Christian! I hope you are here every time I come to get my car washed!
